Is there justification for detention of bloggers? or content creators. it depends on the law of the land really. A blogger writing something clearly in violation of the law of the land runs the risk of getting arrested and charged with whatever offense the law can prosecute. Not saying that bloggers should be arrested... but it definitely is not a clear cut answer. Freedom of speech is often used to give the right of speech to those that agree with you and deny it to those that don&#039;t. 
Ask yourself this... Is arresting bloggers any different than arresting people that blog about Terrorism, New Nazism, etc etc. 
A blogger needs to understand the law under which he operates. Failing that, he is prone to risk.</description>
